Well, I'll tell you what, I have no idea why in sanity's name this has been frontpage'd. First of all, the sound is not synced. Now that is quite obvious and obnoxious and I don't understand how could anyone get over that. Plus, the voice acting was quite weak, and the sound was amateurish. Oh, and you used the Wilhelm scream, that's a flaw in my opinion, since it's overused today, and not funny anymore. The animation was basic but hey, it wasn't too bad, that's why you earn 2 points.

Also, it's furries, but at first I wanted to give it a legit try and told myself "Nah, maybe it's just some guys using anthropomorphic animals as characters, which is common, even outside furries". But no, these are lousy, shameless furries. You see, when people use animals as a replacement to humans, it's often because they will to do something around that, playing with the fact they're animals and not humans. In case of the furries, there's no such discrepancy between animals and humans.

Finally, you put "Comedy-Parody" under the genre. As far as the parody goes, I can't really of what this movie could be a parody. Western Spaghettis ? But you're not parodying anything, as much as it's a pretty basic, regular and full western movie itself. Except worse. As for the comedy...well, it might be funny for, uh, yourself, that must be about it. Shit man, you're 22 (at least your profile says you are) try something more mature if you want recognition.

Maybe not as good as the tremendous stuff we usually get from you but this is still better than most flash movies lately. For instance, the voices could blend better in the movie. That means you could put some music or at least "field recordings" instead of pure silence, which makes it look amateur unfortunately. We shouldn't hear the sound of the mic with the voice acting.

The animation could sometimes be better but that's not a major flaw there. The interactivity is a nice feature too. I'm looking forward to the series !

Why is the animation so slick ? How is it even possible. Well I reviewed some of your flash already and everytime I stay in awe. However, the voice acting is still as weak. Otherwise, it would be perfect.There's not much else to say.

Seek Magic

There are many people around who are here to fill the quota of writing reviews about interpretations and meanings, I am however not one of them and I prefer to keep my thoughts for myself, even if this case the message is quite evident, but not less striking. The animation is of course not the best, nor is it smooth, but it's basic enough to not disrupt the viewer's attention. Plus, this movie didn't need too much of animation.
As for the soundtrack, the fact you used a GYBE song is in your favour, for their music is brilliant and evocative. I assume it's no hasard if you used the song called Providence.

Deviate From The Form

Je pars du principe que tu parles français, je me permets donc d'écrire en, eh bien, français. Tout d'abord j'aimerais dire que la pixelisation est de loin l'aspect le plus négatif de l'animation, non que cela distraie le visionnage, mais ça donne un aspect beaucoup trop brut, on dirait que le film a été "rippé" d'un autre site, bien que je sache que ce n'est pas le cas. C'est pour ça que je me permets de ne mettre "que" un 9/10, mais je l'ai ajouté dans mes favoris néanmoins. C'est le seul reproche que je puisse formuler, car tout le reste est excellemment original.

The main problem with this movie is that it's inversely proportional to the depth of ocean. Before I watched it, I already knew it was going to be about sentimental failure. And the problem with the symbolism of drowning is that it's been used and reused over the course of years (hence my summary). It's not original anymore. It's as if you made a short about life, showing a box of chocolate. Plus, you really didn't add anything new or special to the imagery. I would be tempted to say that the rounds the jellyfish were making represent the circles of Hell in Dante's Divine Comedy, but, not that I think you're not capable to imagine such a thing, I assume you were not in this kind of mind set-up during the making. Anyway, I am sure this movie represents a lot to you, but one's emotional sincerity may not give a good idea, and with hindsight perhaps you'll realize it.

However, the animation, while minimalistic, was well done, and the overall design was great too. And you used a Mew song, and THIS is pretty great.
